Spoke to Miles by phone and they were out of town for a family Christmas trip but they had Richard come up from Salina to show us the car we were interested in and let us test drive it. We came back the next day to finish up the sale with Brad. From start to finish everything went well and all three (Miles, Brad and Richard) were great.

Now this is what I call customer service! Very pleased with the experience we received and how well they communicated with us the entire time. It’s not always easy buying a vehicle out of town, but they made the process very easy and smooth. We received great customer service from the first phone call all they way to leaving the lot. Not to mention the filling up the tank and checking over the vehicle before we left.

They even made sure the battery was good by having it checked by O'Reillys. It was much appreciated. I would do business with them again.
Over my adult life I have purchased about a dozen vehicles. I have purchased from large dealers, small dealers, private sellers and at auction. This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have been thru. The Owner (Brad) and his son were knowledgeable and understood the cars they sell. They were honest and respectful about my needs and answered all my questions. While I didn't buy the explorer, I ended up with a different car they showed me as part of my visit. I was then and still am very happy with the car and the experience. I would recommend this business and these gentlemen to everyone for the purchase of your next Cars.

I searched online for the truck I wanted and found it here. Sounds simple except it’s a 5 hour 30 minute drive for me. They did a wonderful job with photographs and a high quality video of the truck. Once I contacted Miles, he was great to work with and was able to FaceTime to answer any additional questions I had. They worked with me to arrange a deposit to hold the vehicle and once I arrived had all the paperwork ready to go. It was an exhausting drive but the service and vehicle made it well worth it. Bought a 2011 Honda CRV from Brad. Since we live 3 hours away, Brad kindly walked around the vehicle and described it while I spoke with him on the phone. His description of the vehicle was honest and accurate. The next day, we made the trip and he agreed to come in early and care for us. The vehicle was exactly as described. He even reduced the price to help cover our travel expense to get the vehicle. Overall, just a very good business that has clean, reconditioned cars. Would buy from again.
